Take an example: you do not want that all users know the cost of a particular service provider. Yooz allows advanced management of user access rights, both in terms of access to each step of the process, and in terms of access to invoices belonging to each entity managed in Yooz. Each user is associated with one or more "roles" (accountant, validator, treasurer, …) and "companies" (entity 1, service x, ...).

Like the other Yooz modules, this configuration function offers real simplicity of use and is accessible at any time for the administrator if he wishes to change the roles associated with such user.

Also note that you have the option of using "confidential" accreditation for certain users. You can use it to restrict access / consultation to these invoices only to accredited persons (for example a lawyer's invoice).
